Junior Client Success Associate with French or German

We expect:

• Fluent command of French or German language (at least B2+)
• Good command of English language (at least B1/B2)
• Polish language would be an asset
• Proven experience in Customer Service / Corporate environment would be a big plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Open minded attitude and good organizational and communication skills

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent Customer Service to the either corporate or individual clients and stakeholders (Finance/Banking/Insurance sector)
• Answering clients inquires via e-mail or phone
• Resolving technical issues if needed, also troubleshooting
• Preparing Documents / reporting for the clients
