​This role is part of MEU Chocolate Process Development team which has a scope of 27 Chocolate plants and various external manufacturing partners.

In this role you will:

• Organize and execute a number of small/medium sized projects in line with marketing and operational functional requirements, effectively communicating R&D requirements and risks, with the support and guidance from the manager.
• Plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements.
• Interpret and analyse results and collate them in technical reports
• Understand and interpret plant needs, requirements and capabilities and feed them back to the technical team to guide the development process
• Create and maintain process specifications and ensure that projects are following the IIM procedures where appropriate

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Project management skills
• Degree in Science/Food Science/Engineering
• Independent and proactive approach combined with good time management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective business relationships
• Fluency in English - any additional EU language would be a plus
