About the client


Our Client is a digital transformation partner to Fortune Global 500 companies. Due to the rapid growth of their business they are now hiring a Head of Data Lake Practice.


Main Objective


Your role will involve developing value proposition for offering and go to market strategy in the data lake space, building out our go-to-market approach, and leveraging our successful track record and deep service portfolio to translate market opportunities into deals.

Responsibilities:


  • Creating a long term strategy, defining offering portfolio, value propositions, business model, competitive advantage and go to market approach.
  • Consultative sales to identify and win new opportunities.
  • Projects’ delivery at consulting stages and supporting existing teams by thought-leadership in client facing situations.
  • Lead generation through thought leadership: articles, analysis, white papers, public presentations, webinars etc.
  • Budget planning and ROI monitoring.
  • Monitoring of trends, competitors, market opportunities.
  • Solution ideas generation and market verification.
  • Capturing and sharing current and past use cases and success stories across the organization.
  • Marketing content input and verification.


Requirements


  • 8+ years’ experience in the data lake space.
  • 5+ year consulting company experience.
  • 2+ years in a large enterprise company.
  • Pre-sales and proposal preparation experience.
  • Publicly recognized as an expert in relevant tech community.
  • Consulting competencies, e.g. problem-solving, research, customer interviewing, workshop facilitation, bringing structure, managing ambiguity, stellar presentation skills.
  • Deep market and technology knowledge about customers, trends, competitive solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset and intrinsic drive to grow business.
  • Executive Level communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in leading projects/people.
  • English – fluent level (international experience is a plus).
  • Product Management experience is a plus.
