HR Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and independent HR Specialist with vast HR knowledge who would be ready to take ownership of HR operations ensuring organizational effectiveness and smooth communication.

MISSION
- Being the point of contact to employees, contractors, the management and our customers in various HR-related topics and administrative queries, providing policy interpretation
- Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form (preparing contracts and addenda, non-cash benefits lists, health, and safety trainings)
- Ensuring compliance with Polish labor regulations
- Ensuring an undisturbed and professional level of customer service and operational excellence that will ensure efficient resolution to the incoming transactions in compliance with relevant legal, company and process requirements
- Being responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management
- Compiling, reviewing, optimizing HR department procedures (reviewing the existing policies, creating drafts of new policies)
- Conducting HR-related interviews and meetings, such as: end of trial period meeting, yearly appraisal meeting, exit interviews
- Implementing Personal improvement plans
- Actively participating with the onboarding process of new joiners
- Conducting GDPR audits together with the Data Protection Officer
- Overseeing the relocation process for the employees, candidates (being in contact with the designated law office)
- Managing the Employee Capital Plans (PPK) in the company
- Being responsible for the inventory and updating of the employee related documentation (salary compilation, benefits monthly list, budget monthly list, etc)
- Contacting designated law office regarding HR-related matters
- Being a core support for any organizational change initiatives
- Being able to be backup for payroll organization in case of colleague’s absence (in cooperation with a 3rd party)
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong administration skills – experience within a busy HR environment
- HR Shared Services process experience would be appreciated
- Knowledge of Polish Labor Law
- Excellent PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Polish and in English) with the ability to effortlessly build trust and positive relationships with employees and customers
- Excellent time management and prioritizing skills to effectively manage a complex and varied workload and conflicting priorities within a fast-paced environment
