You will manage an international, scattered team of professionals and cooperate directly with stakeholders. You will be responsible for comprehensive management of complex projects. In some cases, from the very beginning of the initiative and in some cases, taking over an initiative that is already ongoing.

Our requirements

• A minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a corporate and international environment;
• Self-driven and proactive;
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability;
• Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure;
• Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance;
• Proven project management qualification (PMP, MSP, Agile PM or similar);
• Excellent analytic, communication and team player skills;
• Ability to multitask;
• Accuracy and diligence;
• Very good English both oral and written (minimum B2 level);
• Readiness for business trips or/and temporary reallocation;
• Higher education
