Customer Service Specialist with German language

We expect:

  • Fluent command of German language (at least B2+)
  • Good command of English language (at least B2)
  • Proven experience in Customer Service / Corporate environment would be a big plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Open minded attitude and good organizational and communication skills

The key responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent Customer Service to the either corporate or individual clients and stakeholders
  • Answering clients inquires via e-mail or phone
  • Resolving technical issues if needed, also troubleshooting
  • Preparing Documents / reporting for the clients
