Administrative Specialist with foreign languages
Responsibilities:
- customer support in the ongoing use of the benefit platform or internet application,
- daily contact with the client via: e-mail, telephone, chat,
- quick resolution of emerging problems and faults,
- updating data in the system and checking their correctness.

Requirements:
- communicative knowledge of one of the following languages: German / French / Italian / Spanish / Turkish / Hungarian / Dutch)
- knowledge of English- minimum level of B1,
- good knowledge of MSOffice, including MsExcel,
- free use of various internet sources,
- good communication skills and attention to detail,
- nice to have - availability for shift work.
