Administrative Specialist with foreign languages

Responsibilities:

  • customer support in the ongoing use of the benefit platform or internet application,
  • daily contact with the client via: e-mail, telephone, chat,
  • quick resolution of emerging problems and faults,
  • updating data in the system and checking their correctness.

Requirements:

  • communicative knowledge of  one of the following languages: German / French / Italian / Spanish / Turkish / Hungarian / Dutch)
  • knowledge of English- minimum level of B1,
  • good knowledge of MSOffice, including MsExcel,
  • free use of various internet sources,
  • good communication skills and attention to detail,
  • nice to have - availability for shift work.
