Marketing Operations Associate We are helping our client, one of the biggest e-commerce companies, to establish a new office in Warsaw. The company is successfully and rapidly expanding worldwide and sees a great potential on Polish market, as a start of further development in Europe. 

You will join the company as a Marketing Operations Associate you will be responsible for:

• the operational aspects of campaigns, including but not limited to setting up vouchers, cash-back promotions, free shipping promotions, etc.
• Set day-to-day promotional in-app feature settings including but not limited to Livestream, Landing Pages, Banners, and Notifications
• Support and coordinate with other departments on voucher creation, campaign recruitment, and tasks that involve setting up on the content management system
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
• Liaise with Regional and Product Team for bugs and errors
  

You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• College / university degree
• Prior experience in eCommerce marketing operations is a plus
• Strong project management and execution abilities
• Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
• Strong work ethics and performance-driven
• Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
