CRM Specialist

As a Veeva Software (CRM) Specialist you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Digital & Data Lead in the maintenance of our Company’s CRM system Veeva and related applications, including user training. You will lead all CRM related projects on a country level and the administration of Veeva, aligned to the CRM strategies of our Company’s Business Units. You will support the Business Units in setting up reports and dashboards to monitor the execution of strategic goals or assist users to maximize the use of dashboards created at a regional level. You will also support and train the sales and marketing roles of each Business Unit, as well as other users of Veeva.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct maintenance of data structures within Veeva CRM: accounts, contacts, events, etc. in compliance with GDPR
  • Support the business units with the creation of strategic goals/objectives to be recorded and measured in Veeva: campaigns, opportunities, lead metrics, account/ contact profiling.
  • Create reports and dashboards, as required by the Business Units, and/or educate users on the use of dashboards created by the regional team.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Force Effective Lead, Data Analyst and Compliance roles in the sharing of ideas and best practice to drive optimum use of the CRM system for business processes.

  • Analyze the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
  • Write training manuals and teaching staff on how to use the CRM, incl. new functionalities
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as requested by our Company’s IT.
  • Support the Business Units in the implementation of any new system functionality.
  • Provide 1:1 support for any issues experienced or user questions.
  • Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology issues, both system and user compliance.

Skills

  • Fluent English and Polish
  • The skill to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests
  • Organizational skills, which help the CRM Marketing Specialist juggle competing demands from marketing, sales, customers, and management
  • Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, compliance and business operation functions
  • Strong problem solving and communicating skills (both writing and speaking) to conduct technical training manuals for end users
  • Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
  • Ability to discern meaning from patterns and spot trends from data

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Application Maintenance and Country Support type role
  • Experience with CRM Report building, Excel, Windows, iOS (iPad devices)
  • Experience as a CRM Lead/Administrator at country level
  • Experience as a Trainer or Teaching experience (preferred)
