Scrum Master
The role is an enabler and sparring partner for customization and further development of our digital marketing campaigns processes across teams and departments.
Key responsibilities are to build and develop High Performing Agile Teams
- You coach the agile teams to work according to the agreed agile values, principles and methodology
- You facilitate reviews, retrospectives, stand-up meetings, sprint- and planning sessions. You ensure that Agile events are held and effective
- In addition, you coach management on Agile Leadership and you stimulate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation
- You ensure that team members take joint ownership for realizing value and that they commit to clear and common objectives and customer promises (purpose)
- You are a strong communicator on different levels of skills and seniority You have the passion to coach others, and you are a true source of inspiration and motivation
- You are a strong team player who enables and challenges the agile team members to cherish collaboration and develop them individually
- You are self-steering, proactive, organised and have the ability to determine independently what needs to be done
- You have an intrinsic positive mindset with a natural need to see solutions instead of problems

You are part of the Marketing Operations and Digital team. This position reports to the Marketing Operations and Digital Director.

Requirements:
- Preferable a bachelor or Masters’ degree
- 5-8 years of working experience
- Deep knowledge of Agile Principles & Methods
- Solid experience in training-, coaching- People Management and/or change roles coach and support executives and business professionals
- Solid experience in leading teams, with and without disciplinary responsibility
- Understanding of Poland healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry is a plus but not required
- Empathic interaction with people, enthusiasm and strong communication and collaboration skills are important
- Ability to work in a complex setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types
- Flexible and dynamic to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment. Able to work independently and collaboratively with an open mind-set.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both in local language and English
