Customer Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

• remote administration of the purchasing process in SAP (processing purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders, entering orders into the system, verifying data in the system),
• contact with customers and build business relationships with them,
• service of customer related queries and forwarding them to appropriate departments,
• support for the automation and standardization of purchasing processes.

Requirements:

• min. 1-year experience in customer services,
• communicative English or German or Dutch or Turkish (min.B2),
• knowledge of SAP system would be an asset,
• knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel),
• ability to establish and build business relationships,
• great customer service and communication skills.
