Cooling Senior Buyer - Chłodzenie Starszy Kupujący

This role in summary

Conduct operational activities in EMEA region towards financial and quality targets, manage suppliers to support project execution, ensure manufacturing operational support and provide critical data to support sourcing strategy, project execution and contract negotiations.

Your responsibilities will include 

Supplier Management: 

• Provide performance data to support supplier report card (as needed)
• Develop risk mitigation plans for suppliers
• For assigned portfolio manage supplier relationships
• Is responsible for Procurement related system data entry & management 

Contract Negotiations:

• Provide data to support regional contract negotiations
• Lead all regional contracts sign-off for assigned supplier portfolio

Sourcing Strategy:

• Provide supplier performance data to support strategy
• For assigned portfolio lead strategy development
• Execute the implementation of the regional/global strategy

Delivery Management - manage escalation:

• Support factories and supply chain to ensure components deliveries on time
• 1st  level of escalation within Commodity Management team

Quality, Engineering & Technology Engagement:

• Recoup financial impacts when an incident occurs 

Project management:

• Manage request for quotation for new projects
• Support project management team in project execution

Cost Reduction:

• Analyze supplier cost performance data 
• Drive cost reduction projects

Financial reporting:

• Provide monthly financial reports for assigned portfolio

Requirements

• Master’s technical degree or degree in Economics or Management
• 2+ years of relevant working experience in procurement. International experience or experience in multinational companies is a plus
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is required. SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong organization and communication skills
