Settlement Operations Specialist(Spanish Market)
Your field of responsibility
An outstanding opportunity to join us as a Banking Operations Specialist in the Settlements team closely collaborating with CS office in Spain.
Position offered includes dealing with trade settlement and investigating any differences with counterparties and custodians. Specifics of the job incorporate managing work on processes including dealing with dealers, brokers, trading desk and counterparties, using in-house tools dedicated for Credit Suisse and MS office tools.
The Operations division is both the first line of defense for protecting financial and reputational well-being, and an essential partner assisting in the firm's growth. The Operations division manages, supports a complex, multi faceted portfolio of businesses in full compliance with regulatory guidelines and participating in special projects designated to the department.

Your new employer
We are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in finance.
- Results-oriented individual who demonstrates cause-effect thinking.
- Excellent attention to details, problem solving skills and quick decision making.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English is essential (+ Spanish is an advantage).
- Proven work experience in BPO/shared services, preferably in Private Banking area.
- Proven experience in Settlements or detailed understanding of payment functions and products would also be an advantage.
- Proven track record in evaluating risk likelihood and impact; taking into account all risk factors to balance risk, service and cost when communicating risk implications and contingency plans.
- Knowledge in MS VBA language for macros is desirable.
