Dispute Team Manager - AR department

your tasks

  • in this role, you will ensure all Service Level Agreements are adhered to and provide the client with high-quality service and drive continuous improvements
  • you will promote teamwork, provide employees with coaching and feedback for a small/medium size team (in the AR department), you will network with other functions
  • manage the Dispute and Deduction Process Department
  • drive performance improvement by applying best in practice standards and innovative process improvement methodologies
  • apply complex analytical models and problem-solving techniques and methodologies to the specific context
  • be aware of the business context for the analyzed data, can draw insights, and makes relevant recommendations to deliver valuable outcomes to the client
  • manage effective usage of resources in the service delivery
  • manage delivery utilizing KPI measures
  • being Subject Matter Expert for Disputes and associated processes

what we expect

  • proven experience as Team Manager
  • strong people management skills (at least 2 years of experience)
  • previous professional experience in AR/ O2C department in the similar job position (team leader or manager role)
  • experience and knowledge about process improvement methodologies (dispute area knowledge)
  • fluent English  (min. B2 level)
