(Senior) Talent Sourcer - Remote Opportunity

A fresh opportunity has arisen to join our world-class, expanding Talent Acquisition team at award-winning PPD, as a (Senior) Talent Sourcer with Clinical Research / Pharmaceutical experience.
 
Working within a functionally aligned team, you will be responsible for partnering with our global Recruiters to focus on identifying, nurturing, and delivering viable top talent candidate pipelines. You will be skilled and driven by hunting for both active and passive talent pools via direct search, social media channels and using your own creativity.

About you:

  • You will need to have direct sourcing/recruitment experience within the Clinical Research/Pharmaceutical industry gained in either in-house, RPO or agency. Alternatively, you may have Researcher experience gained from a Life Sciences exec-search company.
  • It’s in your nature to deliver white-glove experience to candidates and internal customers alike, love networking and have a passion for communicating, marketing and social media campaigns.
