Junior Sourcing Operations Specialist
For our Global Sourcing Team we are currently looking for a Junior Sourcing Operations Specialist.
The role will be responsible for the execution and the handling of specific sourcing operational tasks that the Solenis Global Sourcing team chooses to assign to the Shared Services Center. These include updating SAP systems with supplier and product information, generating reports to drive improved performance and building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support operational excellence.
This is a full-time, office-based opportunity in Solenis SSC in Warsaw, and our new employee will begin their work in our brand new office near Rondo Daszynskiego M2 station.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain operations to support the category managers and business stakeholders (via Indirect PR to PO process, price updates, OA maintenance, invoice workflow resolution)
- Onboarding of the suppliers in SAP system, ensure integrity of their master data
- Support usage of metrics to drive improvement of processes and compliance
- Assist in updating Sourcing training documents and process manuals
- Providing ongoing training to internal stakeholders about proper ways of working
- Preparation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis of Sourcing data, when required.

Requirements
- University degree or proven track of relevant experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Logistics in an international environment
- Very good written and verbal communication in English (min. B2) – used on a daily basis
- Good organizational skills, with a "can-do" and results driven attitude
- Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office)
- Working business knowledge of SAP environment
- Good view at handling complexity, problem solving, taking accountability and working close to deadlines
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
