Procurement OpEx & Analytics Specialist

This is what You'll do:

The employee will be responsible for data analytics and system administration associated with global procurement activities.  In addition, the individual will focus on operational excellence within procurement processes, using data and systems to identify opportunities for process and program improvement.  Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, as well as supporting global category leaders with project analysis, will also be required.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual spend reporting
  • Manage systems utilized by procurement (Oracle NetSuite, Aravo risk management, contract repository, SharePoint, and MS Teams)
  • Identify process inefficiencies and gaps in procurement process, propose solutions for approval, implement, and measure change effectiveness
  • Improve system effectiveness by looking for ways to increase system functionality, use existing systems for incremental features, and implement new tools to support procurement team needs
  • Develop program dashboards to bring transparency to project objectives, activities, and implementations
  • Manage contract expiration and supplier diligence renewal notification processes
  • Maintain category hierarchy database, approved supplier lists, suppliers requiring PO’s, etc.
  • High level of integrity and transparency should be maintained

This is what we're looking for:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Diploma / PG in data analysis or supply chain management (preferred – not essential)

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Proven working experience within a procurement organization
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes (source-to-contract, procure-to-pay)
  • Demonstrable experience in collecting and analyzing data, developing reports
  • Strong communication skills, extremely proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Need to be pro-active & self-driven, motivated, multi-tasker
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Experience:

5+ years’ experience in Supply chain management or procurement
