Senior Talent Advisor With Russian

Our Client, a global production company with an SSC unit in Warsaw is currently looking for a Talent Advisor with Russian to join their high performing team. Ideal candidates will have proven professional experience in the field of Talent Acquisition and be fluent in the Russian language (both written and spoken).

Description

• Cooperating with Hiring Managers, B&C Business Partners and other departments involved in the hiring process
• Recognising key requirements for certain positions, as well as compiling scenarios for recruitment processes
• Contacting Hiring Managers to provide them with guidance or insight on recruitment projects
• Leading recruitment processes within Russian speaking countries
• Conducting candidate interviews
• Collaborating with Sourcing Specialists responsible for creating candidate lists of highest quality

Profile

• University Degree required
• Strong experience in coordinating end to en recruitment processes
• Fluent in both English and Russian (written and spoken), preferably on a C1 level
• Agency experience or assessment tools/techniques experience would be a plus
• Skilled in the area of conducting interviews
• Experience in working with international clients and candidates would be an asset
