What will you do?

Preparation of the reconciliation approach / strategy including types of reconciliation (step by step, end to end, checksum and field to filed etc.)
Setting up the points (decision meetings) where reconciliation reports are expected
Preparation of the templates of the documents
Planning reconciliation requirements work
Monitoring of progress of reconciliation requirement preparation
Providing best practices and examples of the reports

Providing clarifications on the reconciliation strategy
Explaining / trainings on Reconciliation Console
Planning reconciliation scope (reconciliation types) for mock/trial migrations and DRs in alignment with Delivery Team
Coordinating of reconciliation work during mock / trial migrations, DRs and Go live
Ensuring all reconciliation reports are in time for decision meetings
Presenting consolidated results during decision meetings.
