Responsibilities

• Supporting Clients over the phone and mail
• Answering questions and dealing with queries
• Preparing reports
• Using multiple systems
• Taking part in a training, meetings etc.
• Cooperating with different departments inside organization

Expectations

• Fluent Italian Language (min. B2 level in EU Standards)

• Very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a shift 24/7 when and if needed (support for USA)
