Head of Product Design

your tasks

• Lead clients product development from strategy to execution. Define and design usable digital products.
• Contribute to the clients engagement and help to increase sales conversion rate.
• Participate in the projects' cost estimation.
• Refine and document an effective product development process and its parts like discovery, the UX methods, best UI practices, tools, etc.
• Build and manage the product team at company - hire UX, product and UI designers. Help with onboarding and training.
• Create and publish relevant content for case studies, blog posts, wiki, social media and other resources.

what we expect

• 5+ years of product design experience demonstrated by a portfolio of real digital products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. You can fluently present and discuss ideas with native speaking clients.
• Strong leadership skills and work ethics. Passion for the craft. Ability to give and accept constructive criticism.
• High level thinking about product strategy and vision aligned with the clients business objectives.
• Strong UX skills - practical knowledge of design methodologies, ability to conduct user research, create user journeys, site maps, wireframes, etc.
• Attention to detail and strong UI skills are plus .
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of web development principles.
