Pricing Manager

The Pricing Manager is part of the Market Access Team and reports to the Market Access Director. This position is located in specific polish market.
The Pricing Manger is accountable for support global pricing procedures implementation on the local market and provides effective marketing & pricing strategies development.
Develops ongoing country pricing tactics for new and already marketed products, set up comprehensive pricing negotiation strategy with MoH (taking part in negotiation meetings). Closely works with Market Access Managers, Tender Manger and Key Account Managers, as well as with Brand and Customer Managers (Product Managers).

Duties, responsibilities, activities:

  • Initiates the most effective and timely strategy to obtain proper pricing for products in the market in the context of optimizing local, European and global revenues.
  • Provides PARFs (Price Approval Request Form in form of business case) to Global Pricing and discussed with Global Pricing, Global Market Access and Global Franchise  the best price scenario. Responsible for preparation of  required analysis such as sales implications (P&L, sales forecast) , pricing strategy, market potential.
  • Provides regular update of local prices in GPR system (Global Pricing System)
  • Track all pricing notification and update respective internal stakeholders as well as monitors prices changes on relevant markets.
  • Supports all reimbursement renewal process for Retail and Hospital products (every 2 years)
  • Works in cross-functional team touching various areas (market access, pricing, HTA, tenders, distribution, marketing, sales) which supports brand and distribution managers in discount programs development/implementation and monitoring.
  • Lead the development of commercially attractive tender and contracting strategies.
  • Submit pricing assumptions in process of budgeting, forecasting and accruals management


Education & Experience:

  • Minimum: University degree in business or life sciences from accredited university
  • Minimum: 3 years’ experience in Marketing / Market Access
