Licensing Analyst

Why do we need you? 
We are looking for a detailed orientated entry-level Licensing Analyst who understands the importance of critical thinking and the "bigger picture". You will be looking at:

• multimillion-dollar contracts (last compliance check before approval). 
• checking the quality and accuracy of Channel Pricing Sheets (CPS) to ensure the pricing information compliance with company policies.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4-year degree including Economics, Math, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply policy updates
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (shortcuts, copy, paste, formatting, basic formulas)
• Willingness to work some holidays, weekends or after hours during high volume times
• Ability to work under pressure
• Some sort of compliance or audit experience is desired but the ability to understand policy and enforce compliance is required

Soft skills required: 

• passion for detail.
• strong communications with a global team, local management and support. 
• organization and ability to work towards KPIs.
