Job description:

• Conducting procurement activites (RFQ issuance, Quotation receipt, Bid evaluation, etc.
• Sourcingand evaluating local suppliers
• Conducting expediting works, especially materials from local suppliers
• Cooperating with the related personnel ( forwarder, sub-contractor, vendor, expeditor and buyer from HQ, Construction and QAQC team at site
• Reporting the procurement status report to Project Procurement Manager (PPM)

General & Technical:

• Reviewing inquiryand preparing RFQ package
• Receiving and reviewing quatations, preparing a commercial bid evaluation (CBE) for purchasing
• Communicating with suppliers from RFQ to delivery
• Sourcing qualified local suppliers and supporting estabilshment of Approved Vendor List 
• Reporting procurement status to PPM
• Coordinating with engineers, Construction team and Sub-contractor for expediting works 
• Operating TOMMS ( Procurement system) for the relevant procurement works

Wymagania:

• Fluency in english and Poilsh for speaking and writing 
• Skills in MS office software ( excel)
• A bachelors' degree or equivalent license
• Experiences in Procurement position ( Buyer, Expedotor, Project staff) of EPC company- preferred
• Experiences in SCM ( especially supplier sourcin)-preferred
