Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Insurance documentation analysis
• Creating and editing documents
• Checking documents with the actual state
• Preparation of reports and summaries for internal needs
• Data analysis in Excel
• Daily interact with clients
• Responding to customer inquiries and solving their problems

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
• Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French/Spanish/German (at least B2)
• Experience in analyzing documents (financial and non-financial) and drawing conclusions
• Interest in working in a dynamic international environment
• Knowledge of the insurance market would be an asset
