Specialist with German
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer complaints or questions via emails and phone
- Contacting clients regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments; setting new payment dates
- Identifying reasons and solutions of the complaints
- Cooperating closely with other teams
- Helping in resolution of potential issues
- Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers

Requirements:
- Fluent German (min. B2/C1) and very good English (min. B2)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
- MS Office (Excel) skills would be an asset
- Customer Service experience as a plus
