Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer complaints or questions via emails and phone
  • Contacting clients regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payments; setting new payment dates
  • Identifying reasons and solutions of the complaints
  • Cooperating closely with other teams
  • Helping in resolution of potential issues
  • Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers

Requirements:

  • Fluent German (min. B2/C1) and very good English (min. B2)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • MS Office (Excel) skills would be an asset
  • Customer Service experience as a plus
