Delivery Experience Manager with Hungarian

ROLE:

• Coordinate delivery projects and boost the quality of the service according to the standards of Hungarian market
• Explore the market in order to trace current trends and tendencies
• Collaborate with Delivery Service Providers
• Monitor customers' satisfaction, and adjust new innovative solutions and procedures to raise the profile of the delivery process
• Set up long term country strategy, scout market innovation to drive superior and/or more cost-effective delivery solutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in logistics
• High analytical skills and project managing competence
• Vast knowledge on the Hungarian market
• Ability to identify customers' requirements
• Excellent written and oral skills in Hungarian and in English
• Willingness to travel
