IT Support Technician

We are a company experiencing rapid growth and our customer base is expanding as well. Therefore, we need to gear up our IT Support team with a new team member, who is cheerful and emphatic ,and who can be our Support Coach and Happiness Hero.

Technical Support working hours 8-16 and On-Call duty as 24/7 Support 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer support via the telephone and remotely
  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Networking

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in spoken and written Polish and English are required
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with M365 Environment, MS Exchange, Windows Server, Networking , Domain management
