Senior GL Accountant with English - new position in a growing global department

• Performing day-to-day general ledger operations
• Preparation and/or review of general journal entries; keeping the register of fixed assets and calculation of depreciation value 
• Month-end closing activities; reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Preparation of tax and statistical declarations
• Monthly reporting for the Group; performing control activities and treasury activities
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Process improvement and optimisation

• Position of Accountant or Senior Accountant with adequate salary depending on experience and a chosen location - Warsaw or Łódź
• Modern office in Warsaw or Łódź (two possible locations)

• BA or MA in Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent
• Strong professional experience in accounting (including General Ledger)
• Very good knowledge of accounting standards (knowledge of IFRS would be an asset)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English (at least at B2 level, preferably at C1 level)
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
