Business Analyst

Tasks:

• Communication and collaboration between the business and IT
• Working closely with Product Owner, Delivery manager, UX designer and development team to find optimal solutions and present them to the business
• Working closely with Product Owner to assure the good understanding of the needs of business in changing landscape
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Ensuring the project team shares the product vision
• Providing business context to the development team and inspiring them to optimize and aim for a better IT product
• Working with business stakeholders, interpreting and translating their needs into a consistent vision of a product.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of business analysis process
• Experience in User Stories creation and system requirements documentation
• Knowledge of tools like UML and BPMN
• Strong expertise with SQL Data Definition and Modification language
• Good knowledge of Agile software development process and Atlassian toolset (JIRA,
• Confluence)
• Fluent English (min. B2/C1)
• Experience in international projects
• High communication and interpersonal skills.
