Order Management Specialist with Finnish

Responsibilities:

  • Complete understanding of the customer’s requirements, proactive communication, resolution of issues, problem prevention, judgment calls when appropriate solutions are required.
  • Manage the tasks related to local order-to-cash processes from order capturing to order monitoring and tracking. Answer order-related questions from internal and external customers in a timely manner.
  • Manage invoicing and returns as well as commercial disputes. Work closely with finance and accounting to help resolve any order-related burning issues.
  • Manage customer complaints related to Commercial orders and act as escalation point for Commercial team for complex topics related to order capturing and management, returns and customer invoicing.
  • Interface both externally with local customers in the market and internally with the commercial country organization, sales managers, accounting and supply chain management.
  • Follow local order-to-cash processes and participate in regional/global process improvement initiatives.
  • Support with month end and internal control reporting in align with global requirements.
  • Act as a back-up for in-country Customer Order Managers for defined countries.

We are looking for:

  • Subject matter experience – profound experience in order service or a related field
  • At least B2+ level of Finnish and English
  • Customer Focus
  • Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
