Data Management Specialist

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a team member of the ‘Service, Performance & Vendor Management’ where you support the Group Business Support Services (GBSS) COO and the Head of GBSS in the development of the department.

• Focus of the role is to evolve, maintain and manage the pan GBSS Service Catalog, i.e.:
  • Liaise with the Credit Suisse’s Intra Group Service Management and Finance team.
  • Be the Intra-group Subject Matter Expert and cover the administrative demand to manage the Relationship Matrix with the receiving Legal Entities in the GOST tool with up to 30’000 data fields from the provider side.
  • Keep the current GBSS Service Catalog up to date.
• The role in addition covers the support in the departmental Business Partnering efforts addressing senior business partners in the Credit Suisse Front Divisions, which in compasses the creation of the underlying reporting material.

We are looking for:

• 1-3 years of proven work experience.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders using your outstanding skills in English (verbal and written)
• Analytical background, paired with specific interpersonal skillset, ability to manage multiple priorities, delivering to established timelines, and to the highest quality standard.
• Well structured, control and results-oriented approach combined with strong attention to details.
• Advanced MS office skills
• Proven experience in GBSS area would be a plus.
