Project Management Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the project coordinator in project management tasks
- Ensuring high quality communication in the project
- Taking care of the correct demand planning, timesheets reporting, invoicing
- Supporting and providing onboarding process for new team members
- Verification of a KPIs
- Organize and facilitate program meetings
- Communicate the program information to various stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Very good communication skills
- Good coordination skills
- Previous experience on relevant PMO position
- Ability to work as a team member
- Able to support the Project related admin tasks
- Customer oriented
- English skills on the upper-intermediate level
- Basic knowledge of relevant IT methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
- Adaptable to changing conditions and requirements
- Creative, able to solve problems on his/her own
