Project Management Office Manager

                                 Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the project coordinator in project management tasks
  • Ensuring high quality communication in the project
  • Taking care of the correct demand planning, timesheets reporting, invoicing
  • Supporting and providing onboarding process for new team members
  • Verification of a KPIs
  • Organize and facilitate program meetings
  • Communicate the program information to various stakeholders
                                   Qualifications:
  • Higher education
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good coordination skills
  • Previous experience on relevant PMO position
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Able to support the Project related admin tasks
  • Customer oriented
  • English skills on the upper-intermediate level
  • Basic knowledge of relevant IT methodologies, technologies, languages, standards and processes
  • Adaptable to changing conditions and requirements
  • Creative, able to solve problems on his/her own
