Business Area Manager - Delicje

Responsibilities:

• Building effective teams to deliver targets around assigned area of interests by tracking capabilities progress, coaching, regular 121 meeting, regular people assessments, using rewards and recognition tools
• Goals setting and cascading down to the bottom line level
• Problems solving and decision taking base on data, facts and figures, teaching and coaching others to independently use problem solving tools
• Building autonomous teams according to lean methodology
• Supporting Continuous improvement culture by executing lean tools &challenging status quo
• Executing internal audits and controls, escalation of nonconformities, preparation for all legal and law required audits and controls
• Deep cooperation with Process engineer to understand losses, control process, define and execute projects

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in manufacturing area
• Experience in team management
• Fluent Polish and English
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
• Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem solving and team building
• Project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
