Business Unit Director
Tasks:
- Leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient and profitable operations for the organization and the customers
- Establish annual and multi-year priorities and growth targets
- Maximize the contribution of the site departments and functions while balancing multiple and competing requirements
- Grow the business within the e-com sector and protect current business in that area
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Lead value creation and solution creation teams and develop viable scenarios for challenges of customers
- Foresee future challenges of the market and prepare for it through long term planning and vision
- Comanage innovation focus in order to create value for all parties
- Define target customer operations together with Business Development
- Arrange for deep understanding of the market: competition, customers
- Co define vision for the area
- Co responsibility on implementation of new customer
Requirements:
- 7-10 years in production or in logistics area in managerial situations
- Being results oriented and focusing on clear priorities
- Being positive about challenges, uncertainty & change
- Outstanding communication & Client management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Motivated, energetic to maintain the highest degree of professionalism
- Fluent English (speaking and writing)
