Procurement Specialist for Fleet Management with Dutch

Your responsibilities

• Managing the pool of company cars – ordering vehicles, extending contracts with suppliers, reassignment of cars among employees
• Preparing data for eAuctions and/or RFQs and cooperating with Tactical Buyers
• Facilitating and storing documentation, collecting approvals
• Supporting PR to PO process, tracking goods receipt and confirming delivery with suppliers
• Arranging pick-up of the vehicles, collecting data of drivers and process invoices, managing cars damages, fines and fuel cards
• Cooperating with fleet-related stakeholders, handling emails and phone calls, managing policy, insurance, safety and ordering processes
• Identifying, proposing and running optimization initiatives to ensure flawless execution of purchasing process
