IS Senior Service Owner for Core and Common Financial Processes

Your responsibilities

  • Building and delivering of specific IS solutions/services according to business needs
  • Ensuring for the services in scope: reliability, availability, maintainability, serviceability, change capability, confidentiality and integrity
  • Supporting all internal IS and cross-functional processes related to IS service delivery or IS service demand in the relevant service area of responsibility
  • Developing the service delivery strategy and service delivery plan for assigned service(s) in collaboration with the Global IS Domain Owner
  • Defining strategic roadmap for the services based on the Stakeholder’s expectations
  • Identifying the communications and relationship needs of stakeholder groups.
  • Translating communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables.
  • Facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans.
  • Providing informed feedback to assess and promote understanding. Facilitating business decision-making processes
  • Managing individuals and groups.
  • Allocating responsibilities, delegating tasks, setting performance targets, providing effective feedback, etc.

Your background

  • Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, economics or similar
  • Hands on experience with financial closing processes and tools
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong experience in financial processes (IG, R2R, O2C, budgeting and reporting)
  • Strong experience in leading IS vendors
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
