Elearning Advisor - Maternity Cover

We are currently looking for a hardworking individual to join the team.

The eLearning Advisors team provides advice, expertise and support to our internal partners across the bank, in order to deliver the best eLearning solutions for Credit Suisse.

Consultancy: We advise internal partners across the organization on the eLearning / digital learning solutions available and offer a solution based on their requirements. We provide our expertise when it comes to learning design and content, ensuring that the chosen format and content meets our internal quality standards.

Project Management: Once our internal partner commits to a solution, we lead the production process by cooperating with internal/external vendors, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within the agreed budget and in accordance with Credit Suisse standards and our eLearning guidelines.

Technical Administration: We manage and publish content on SABA/Learning@Work and provide support to our partners with eLearning set up and reporting.

This role requires attention to detail and the proven ability to manage work under stress in a dynamic, multicultural environment, with the goal of delivering pragmatic and high-quality results with clear deadlines. Excellent collaboration skills will be necessary to partner with the Mandatory eLearning Team in Wroclaw, the eCollaboration team and the Learning Technology team in Zurich as well as the eLearning Helpdesk/Testing team in Pune, as well as our external vendors.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication with fluency in English. German would be considered a plus.
  • Proven project management skills, with good attention to detail and ability to deliver the highest degree of quality.
  • Outstanding communication, consulting/negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and an interest in the latest web-technologies would be an advantage.
  • High proficiency in MS Office technologies.
  • Knowledge of, and experience in Learning systems and applications, including LMS, eTest creating Authoring-Tools, Social Media, SharePoint would be an advantage.
