Global Subject Matter Expert - Myhr Services & Solution

You will be part of diverse and global MyHR Services & Solutions SME organization, which is an autonomous function providing multi-layered services for HR. We design and govern the operational processes and connect them with new technologies to achieve efficient end-to-end solutions.
The team acts as a trusted partner to various stakeholders related to operational risk matters and risk initiatives. Following industry standards and trends help us to orient our organization and improve the client experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing subject matter expertise and assistance to HR collaborators and the business, in line with policy changes,
- Defining the end-to-end HR processes aligned with the specific to regional legislative, regulatory and cultural requirements,
- Contributing to an effective risk management framework across the HR function,
- Documenting of procedures and provision of process maps, managing process updates as well as incorporating them in SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and on HR Portal,
- Maintaining subject matter expertise through engagement with relevant HR stakeholders, e.g., Policy, Risk & Control or Employment Law,
- Leveraging existing technology and flexibly adapt to new technology demands from our organization.

You Offer:
- You have business fluent German and English skills
- You have at least 8+ years’ experience in implementing and managing employee life cycle events, preferably in HR shared services of Bank, Technology services, or Hospitality services at a global scale,
- You demonstrate competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company,
- You have a track record of highlighting and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, Six Sigma certification would be an additional advantage,
- You have an analytical approach to problem solving,
- You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint),
- You have exposure to working with stakeholders across geographies with sensitivity to various cultures and a good understanding of business dynamics, including the end-to-end processes,
- You have strong communication and influencing skills and ability to successfully lead process-related projects through completion,
- You show passion for driving high-quality services and solutions with a consistently high level of attention to detail.
