HR Specialist - SSC/BPO sector

For our Client - leading global organization - we are currently looking for a qualified HR Specialist to join the team in company's back office in Poznań
Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver administrative support for the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, contracts preparation, certificates, reference letters, employment verifications, background checks, personal data and personnel files management etc.) for Europe region - Schedule interviews and post jobs for Europe region
  • Provide superior customer service to employees and leaders
  • Assist employees in a timely manner regarding local regulations, processes, HR policy and procedural questions and Workday manager and employee self-service process inquiries
  • Liaise effectively and collaboratively with Global Client Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Global Total Rewards, Talent Management, Payroll and other support teams to resolve employee queries - Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist employees

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resources, Administrationor
  • Very good English
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with employees
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of Workday nice to have
