Job description:

• Supervising the work related the received materials
• Coordinating the related person of forwarder, sub-contractor, vendor, expeditor and buyer in head office, Construction and QAQC team at site
• Reviewing document related material like inspection and packing list, etc.
• Reporting the material and transportation progress, status, issues, etc. to PPM manager

General & Technical:

• Supervising receiving, storage, issuing and preservation of materials
• Coordinating with QA/QC team for the receiving inspection
• Controlling OS&D (Overage, Shortage and Damage) and Incorrect materials
• Coordinating with vendor for a settlement of received material problem
• Coordinating with Construction team and sub-contractor for issuing materials.
• Controlling handover materials to owner
• Reviewing and checking inspection document and packing list, etc.
• Coordinating with forwarder for delivery schedule.
• Coordinating with expeditor and buyer for solving material issues
• Reporting material status like delivery, receiving, inspection and OS&D status, etc.
• Operating IMMS (Integrated Material Management System, in-house system) for material control

Requirements:

• Fluency in English for speaking and writing
• Skills in MS office software (excel)
• A bachelors' degree or equivalent license
• Skills in understanding plant material type and specification, etc.
• Quality (QA/QC or Inspection) experiences preferred
• Experience in industrial, chemical, refinery, gas and power plant project
