Site MEP Construction Engineer

Job desciption:

• Coordinating and arranging general construction activities in execution for mechanical, piping and HVAC which follow polish regulations and laws.
• Supervising sub-contractors’ construction activities for mechanical, piping and HVAC.

General & Technical:

• As stated above and moreover:
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, plans and documents related to materials thoroughly prior to work commencement.
• Checking and evaluating sub-contractors’ work progress status and reporting to MEP manager.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors, other discipline engineers and/or supervisors, QA/QC, HSE, vendor, etc. to prevent or solve possible site issues.
• Reviewing and checking inspection documents, etc.
• Reviewing requests for field extra work order and change order.
• Reviewing and signing work permit as area authority.
• Preparing documentation for handover.
• Forecasting the risk of delay and any technical issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English for speaking and writing
• College(University) graduate for mechanical engineering / sanitary / technological installations
• Skills in MS office software (excel) and ACAD environment
• Skills in understanding plant material type and specification, etc.
• At least 5 years or more of construction work experience in industrial, chemical or refinery project
