(Junior) Risk Management Reporter

An outstanding opportunity to join us as a specialist within the RMC Reporting & Analysis team. Your responsibilities would include preparation, consolidation, analysis and publication of multiple critical Risk Management Committee (RMC) reports for Group, Divisions and Legal Entities. Extensive opportunities to demonstrate partnership and stakeholder management skills as the role will involve managing close collaboration with colleagues from cross functional teams. The role also provides exposure to various risk reporting verticals within broader CRCO DM teams and opportunity to upskill your knowledge and core competencies. The role also require you to become part of process improvements/automations and project management to make the overall process efficient and assist in the wider BCBS 239 Transformation agenda.

We are looking for:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Risk or Financial Reporting within the banking sector. Proven understanding of multiple financial metrics, as well as data interrogation and reporting skills will be advantageous for this role.
  • Higher education degree in a numerate subject. Postgraduate or professional qualifications within a relevant field (e.g. FRM, CFA) would be an asset to the team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools like Word, Excel and intermediate level of PowerPoint skills. Proven experience in banking data and risk systems will be advantageous.
  • Committed to collaborating with our colleagues across risk stripes, you build trusted partnerships and deliver relevant solutions. A keen eye for detail, read across multiple reports and ensuring consistency in reporting.
