Advisory And Applications Support Specialist

The NFR (Non-Financial Risk) Platform Management Group is supporting the main global Risk applications of the Bank and is looking for a hardworking individual to join our globally distributed team as a Product Advisor.

  • An outstanding role as Applications Product Advisor and Supporter for internal business partners from all areas of the bank and across the world. Advising various stakeholders across all regions and businesses in both technical and business related queries/issues.
  • A possibility to acquire specialized Risk and Banking knowledge being embedded in a motivated, dynamic and international team in order to build up your career in the Financial Industry.

We are looking for a hardworking and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master’s degree or an equivalent education with proven experience in supporting end users, preferably in a global environment in the finance sector.
  • Confident and mature personality with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • High level of responsibility, discretion and a very good interpersonal flair with an attention to detail.
  • A proven ability to manage work as part of a team and independently to complete set priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a positive can-do attitude, and follow rules and regulations at all times.
  • Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products (Experience in Microsoft Access or VBA would be an asset).
  • Highly self-motivated personality who manages work independently and learns quickly.
