Payroll & Administration Specialist European Shared Service
As a Payroll & Administration Specialist European Shared Service you will be responsible for:
- coordinate monthly payroll process and payment
- centralize and provide payroll input
- handle employee lifecycle administration tasks: drafting employment contracts, registration of new employees and contract updates and providing employment certificates to employees
- maintaining and updating data into Workday and/or local HRIS
- assuring data input and reporting accuracy
- assist the business with the implementation of programs, policies, and services provided by the Shared Services
- supporting employees in specific situations related to the contract management
- effectively manage Payroll vendors
- partner with Local HR and Shared Services colleagues to delight internal customer

We expect you to have:
- proven working experience as a Payroll & admin for markets outside Poland, preferably in Shared Service environment
- working knowledge of payroll activities
- working knowledge of other non-Polish employment legislation or process
- strong attention to details and time management skills
- English is a must + other European languages preferred
