Your key responsibilities

In this role, as the IT Recruitment Consultant you will work closely with our IT (SAP/Cyber Security/Insurance) service delivery teams to help determine their specific resourcing needs and execute on an agreed recruitment plan. Being the principle point of contact for candidates ensuring all steps in the recruitment process are clearly explained and progress is updated on a timely basis. The Recruitment Consultant is taking ownership of sourcing process for a variety of roles anchored in our GDS center.

Skills and attributes for success

• At least one year of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience in IT recruitment focused on SAP/CyberSecurity/Insurance skills would be an asset
• Good English skills (B2/C1)
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with candidates, managers, outside vendors and team members
• IT Sourcing Experience – you need to know how and where to find IT candidates effectively (focus on Insurance IT skills)
• Team-player skills - eager to help others and share knowledge whenever possible
• MS Excel experience
