Office Assistant
You are a good match if you have:

Experience in Office Assistant or in a similar position;

Very good MS Office skills;

You will be responsible for:
- Coordination of reception work;
- All secretarial tasks (telephone answering, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, etc.);
- The entire office organization;
- Administration of office documents and correspondence;
- Cooperation with suppliers;
- Office supply and purchase execution;
- Organizing business trips;
- Ad-hoc activities supporting the work of other departments.
