Office Assistant

You are a good match if you have:

 

  • Experience in Office Assistant or in a similar position;
  • Very good MS Office skills;
  • Good command of English;
  • Organizational talent;
  • Self-initiative and commitment. 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Coordination of reception work;
  • All secretarial tasks (telephone answering, processing of incoming and outgoing mail, etc.);
  • The entire office organization;
  • Administration of office documents and correspondence;
  • Cooperation with suppliers;
  • Office supply and purchase execution;
  • Organizing business trips;
  • Ad-hoc activities supporting the work of other departments.
