Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for cyber security technology and CCN at plant following MINT standards
• Manage automation team
• Develops and executes site roadmaps for automation, CCN infrastructure delivery of shared infrastructure with support from 3rd party provider
• Coordinates and ensures business involvement during technology lifecycle to support changes cooperate with IBS Team
• Drives cultural change management within the Plant to embrace cyber security policy/standards applied to control equipment
• Owns the business continuity plan including disaster recovery of CCN systems
• Active participation in global and regional automation & systems development and security communications
• Ensure alignment between local BCP and Enterprise recovery procedures, regarding CCN Automation systems

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in similar role, overall 5 years of experience in manufacturing company
• Fluent Polish & English is a must
• Experience in team and project management
• Knowledge in in PLC, Scada, HMI programming and maintenance - preferably Rockwell, SIEMENS
• Good communication and organizational skills
