ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Maintain workflow (with external B2B partners/customers) of Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, Sales Invoices
  • Maintain Service Agreements with Customers
  • Work with clients to handle Annual Enhancement Plan (monthly reminders sent to customers/partners)
  • Co-assistance with event planning and implementation
  • Handling the requests for reservations of tickets, hotel and transport for company employees and external collaborators
  • Monitoring and maintenance of office supplies
  • Maintain and update contact details
  • Training materials preparation – cooperation with external printing agency
  • Support for Project Management
  • Support for presales/sales activities
  • Support for recruitment activities
  • Using internal CRM system

To be successful you need:

  • University degree
  • Proactive and organized
  • Administrative or customer service experience
  • High level of culture and behavior
  • Possess a positive attitude, is a fast learner and an enthusiastic contributor
  • Good English skills (B1/B2) both in writing and verbally
  • Has the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and verbally articulate concepts and ideas
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to create instructions (in written, oral, or diagram form).
